All users can make updates to their Funnel form behaviour emails. These emails are generated based on a user's behaviour on a form. For example, the email that's sent after registering for an event via a Funnel form.

To update your Funnel form behaviour emails, watch the video below or follow these simple steps:

  • Log into your Funnel account and navigate to Forms.

  • Select the form that you wish to update and then select the options icon on the right-hand side of the screen.

  • Click edit form emails.


In the pop-up window, you'll see a variety of existing email templates that you're able to edit. Choose the form that you wish to change and click edit email.


From here, you'll be taken to the email template screen where you can update the subject and body content of your email. Once you've made your changes, click update email to save them.
