Deleting leads and guardians is permanent and irreversible! We strongly recommend merging leads or families before completely deleting the data.
If you do need to delete a lead, you can do so by selecting the More tab from the leads table or lead details page, then hit Delete lead.
If you need to delete the guardian only, you can select the three-dot menu from the families tab, then hit Delete guardian.
Note: You won’t be able to Delete the primary guardian.
Once you’ve selected to delete the guardian, you’ll be prompted with the option to Remove lead and associated content or to Permanently delete the record.
If you Remove lead and associated content, the data will be removed from Funnel, however, it will be kept soft deleted (meaning it could be restored) for 60 days. After 60 days, the data will be permanently deleted. If you wish to restore the data within the 60 day time limit, please contact our support team.
If you select the option of Permanently delete the lead and associated content, the data will be deleted effective immediately and it will be permanent and irreversible! This includes any details, files, reports, and submission PDFs associated with the record.
