Learn how to set internal notifications for event, booking and basic forms

Need internal email notifications for Events, Bookings and Basic Forms in Funnel? It's possible and it's simple! Just follow the instructions below or reach out to Digistorm for assistance...

Event and Booking Types/Forms

First, navigate to your Funnel Settings (bottom left corner)

Here, you can choose which Event or Booking type you wish to set the internal notifications for. Click the 3 grey dots to the right of the event or booking type and choose 'manage'

Look for the field 'Who should receive email notifications?' Click the dropdown, and select the relevant Funnel user. You can add more than one person to receive notifications.

Basic Forms

To set the internal email notification for a Basic Form, navigate to the form editor in Funnel. Open the relevant form, then click the 3 white dots (top right) to open Form settings:

Next, look for the 'Send a notification to recipients' field. Click the dropdown, and select the relevant Funnel user. You can add more than 1 person to receive notifications.

Tip: If the email that needs to receive notifications is not a Funnel user, create a Funnel user account using that email. You can then easily add notifications for these emails.
