ℹ️ Who can use this feature?
Users with Manage organisation accounts permissions can enable the feature on the accounts page
You'll need to have the Copy leads feature enabled on your account
You can copy leads to another account within your organisation directly from the Lead Details page. This is useful when a student is transferring between schools or applying to multiple campuses.
How to Copy a Lead
Go to the Lead Details page of the student you want to copy.
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) and select “Copy lead to…”
In the prompt, you’ll be asked to:
Select the destination account (the school or campus you want to copy the lead to)
Choose the destination pipeline state (where the lead should appear in the new account’s pipeline)
Confirm that the parent has been informed about transferring their information to another school
Once confirmed, the lead will be copied to the selected account.
What Gets Copied
When a lead is copied, the following data is transferred:
✅ Basic Information
Core fields such as first name, last name, date of birth, and entry year
✅ Files
All documents in the “Files” section are copied over
✅ Enrolment Forms
These are copied as form submissions and are available for download in the Activity Timeline
✅ Org Custom Property Data
Any organisation-specific custom property data is transferred to the destination account
What Doesn’t Get Copied
❌ Account-Level Custom Properties
These are not copied, as they may not exist in the destination account
However, if they were part of an enrolment form, they will appear on the submission PDF
Tracking Copied Leads
You can track leads that have been copied from another account using the Advanced Filter on the Leads table:
Go to Lead Sources > Funnel > Copied from > [destination account]
Managing Copy Permissions
Schools can control which accounts are allowed to copy leads to and from each other:
Go to Settings > Org Settings
A user with Manage Organisation Accounts permission can:
Enable Lead Display Settings
Configure which schools are allowed to share leads
