When a parent or guardian starts an enrolment form using the live form link, they’ll be asked to enter an access code that is emailed to them.

If they say they didn’t receive the code, here are some quick steps to help:

Check These First:

  1. Spam or Junk Folder
Ask them to check their spam or junk folder — the email might have landed there.

  2. Search Their Inbox
Suggest they search their inbox using keywords like "access code" or your school’s name.

  3. Correct Form Link
Make sure they’re using the correct form URL. If they’re on the wrong form, the code won’t work.

  4. Email Type
If they used a work email, it might be blocked by their company’s email filters. Ask them to try a personal email address instead.

🔄 Did They Click the Right Button?

  • If they are starting the form for the first time, they must click “Start submission”.

  • If they click “Continue submission” without having started the form, no code will be sent.

👉 Ask them to go back and click “Start submission” instead.

✉️ Still Not Receiving the Code?

If the email is consistently going to spam, your school can set up Funnel to send emails from your own domain (e.g., yourschool.edu.au).
Please contact Digistorm Support for help setting this up.
