Why Isn’t the Updated Lead Information Showing on the Enrolment Form I Resent?

Learn the correct process to resend the form link after you have made an update to the lead profile

If you've updated a lead or parent/guardian profile in Funnel but the changes aren't showing in the form, don’t worry — this is expected behaviour. Funnel saves a draft version of the form when a parent/guardian first starts filling it out. That draft captures the data at that time, so any updates made afterward won’t appear unless the draft is removed.


📋 Steps to Follow

1. Update the Lead or Parent/Guardian Profile

Make any necessary changes to the lead or parent/guardian’s details in Funnel.

2. Delete the Incomplete Form Submission

To ensure the form pulls in the updated data:

  • Go to the Forms Module in Funnel.

  • Click the three dots (⋮) next to the form and select View Submissions.

  • Use the search bar to find the parent/guardian’s name.

  • Select the checkbox next to the incomplete submission.

  • Click the More menu (blue floating nav) and choose Delete submissions.

🔒 Note: Only delete submissions that are incomplete. Completed forms should not be removed.

3. Resend the Form Link

Now that the old draft is deleted:

  • You can send the family a new form link via a Funnel email.

  • Or, they can use the original email link — this will now start a new submission with the updated data.
