When sending an enrolment type form to a lead in Funnel, it can pre-populate the existing lead/guardian information from Funnel within the form fields.

The forms need to be sent to the family from within Funnel emails. So start by navigating the email module to either set up a template or build a new email.

You need to add the Button block to the funnel email.

Then choose Link to a form

This will bring up a list of your forms and the option to name the button text that displays in the email.

Remember only the Enrolment type forms will allow data to be pre-filled.

An example of how to use this feature could be sending an acceptance offer form to the family. When the family click on the link in the email, the form will be pre populated with data from Funnel. This helps reduce the time it takes to fill out the form and reduces the risk of duplicate leads and data in your system.

When sending a link to a form, you can also set an expiry time for these pre-populated links, so they become unavailable after the specific date.
