When automatically capturing recommendations upon form completion, you can show the recommender details conditionally on the form.
For example, you may only want the recommendation form triggered if the applicant is applying for Year 7.
Step 1
Set the collection of fields to be required:
Step 2
Add hide/show conditions to the field:
Step 3
Add the condition to show the recommender details fields if the applicant year level = year 7:
Step 4
Save and publish the form.
Notes: If a field is required but hidden on the form, the required status is ignored.
In the example above, if the applicant details don't match the show/hide conditions, the recommender detail fields won't show on the form.
