All users can make updates to their Funnel form behaviour emails. These emails are generated based on a user's behaviour on a form. For example, the email that's sent after registering for an event via a Funnel form.
To update your Funnel form behaviour emails, watch the video below or follow these simple steps:
Log into your Funnel account and navigate to Forms.
Select the form that you wish to update and then select the three dots on the right-hand side of the table.
Click edit form emails.
From here you will see any existing email templates that you're able to edit. Choose the email that you wish to change and click edit email.
Note: If you don't see any emails listed here contact Support to set up an email template for you to then edit.
Once selected you'll be taken to the email template screen where you can update the email content. Once you've made your changes, click update email to save them.
