Editing existing categories
You can manage your email subscriptions within Funnel settings.
Click on the three vertical dots alongside the category you want to edit or delete.
Editing will let you rename the Communication category.
Adding a new category
You can also select the button + New category to add a new communication category.
Do you want to separate your Event reminders and information communications per campus or Junior/Senior?
Adding a new category is the way to go!
Remember, these categories are exactly what your email recipients will see when managing their subscription choices, so make sure the name you choose makes sense for its purpose.
Unsubscribed
If guardians have unsubscribed from your communication categories, they will be represented in the "Unsubscribes" column against the corresponding category.
Use the View button on the table to see the list of unsubscribed.
