Every Booking type within your Funnel has its own associated booking form. This form updates automatically when new time slots are made available or are booked.

The parent will click on dates that have available time slots, then select the time slot that are listed.

Once the selection has been made they will be asked to provide their details to complete their booking.

Like all Funnel forms you can edit the form fields to capture the information required for your Booking. You can also edit the automated emails delivered on completion of the registration form.
