Within the form editor tool, you have the ability to add a single or multiline field to your Recommendation type form to allow you to capture recommendation information.
Access the form editor and click on the "Add field" button.
Select the "Single" or "Multiline" option.
Click on the field in the editor and add your question.
If it's single line, the recommender will only have a single line to answer
If it's multiline, the recommender will have multiple lines to answer the question
After adding the field, save and publish your changes to your form.
