How can I update the recipient email address for a form submission?

Learn where to set the internal email notification for your forms

When a form is completed, there are two main emails that are sent:

  • A confirmation email to the person who completed the form

  • An internal email notification to the nominated email addresses

An enrolment form will have a number of emails sent, learn more about the automated emails available when completing a Funnel online enrolment form here.

Please choose the form type below to find out how to update the recipient email address.

Basic form / Absentee form / Recommendation form

Open the Forms module in Funnel, then open the form. Click the more actions menu, then choose form settings:

Look for the 'Funnel actions on submit' section:

Here you can select from your Funnel users who will receive an email notification when the form is completed.

Event or Booking form

Email notifications for an event or booking form are set via the event or booking type settings. Open your Funnel settings:

Then look for Event and Bookings:

Click the more actions menu next to the event or booking type you wish to edit, then choose Manage event or booking type:

Look for 'Who should receive email notifications?.' Here you can select who will receive an email notification when the form is completed from your list of Funnel users.
