If you've recently started a new position or if you're new to your school's existing Funnel account, congratulations and welcome to Funnel!

The first thing to note about your Funnel account is that its custom configuration was done in collaboration with your colleagues. This means it should be an accurate representation of your enrolment process, taking care of repetitive steps and allowing quick and easy access to your data.

There are a lot of ways to support your families and your enrolment goals when using Funnel, and your school has most likely set up some great customisation.

You should also know that Funnel should be used to capture your enquiries, event registrations and applications. It does this through integrated forms that are either placed on your school website, through social media campaigns, or via links emailed directly to your prospective families. When a family completes one of these forms that information is sent to Funnel to either create a new lead or update an existing one.

Funnel leads should show a live representation of all the interactions the family has had with the school, as well as where that lead is in your enrolment process.

Some areas to get acquainted with early in your Funnel journey include:

Forms

As mentioned above, Funnel forms are the best way to capture accurate data from your families. In Funnel you have control over the content, structure, branding and follow-up behaviours of your forms. Select the Forms module from your main navigation and click on a form name or the three more action dots to get started.

Filtering and Lists

You'll have a lot of data stored in your Funnel. The best way to quickly access a relevant section of leads is to build a filter, save this as a dynamic list and favourite, or add this list to a folder.

Leads details page

To view lead information in more depth, select a lead name and view the information stored on the lead in the personal details area, the interactions on the lead timeline, any form completion information, payments, files, automations as well as connected family members.

Emails

Communicating from Funnel is a big part of the nurturing process. Use the emails module to scale your communications, creating templates for quick one-to-one emails or large bulk communication campaigns. Add imagery, links and personalisation tokens to your communications.

Automations

Use the automations module to see what triggered interactions and processes have already been set up in your account. Automations can be used to trigger communications to prospective families or to assist with automating repetitive data management tasks.

Events and Bookings

If you run events or interviews at your school, most likely this whole process is managed within your Funnel account. Select Events or Bookings from the main navigations to see your current and past events and bookings. From here you can see their structure, the registration forms and emails as well as any registrations that have been made.

Settings

There are areas in Funnel that are yours to own. Funnel settings break down the different modules and functions available to you.
